Welcome to the Fearless Birth Academy online childbirth course (hereinafter referred to as the "Course"). As a student in Fearless Birth Academy, by purchasing and accessing this Course, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Non-Medical Advice: As a student in Fearless Birth Academy, you understand and acknowledge that the information provided in this Course is for educational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content of this Course is based on evidence-based information acquired through the instructor's (Beth Connors) training and research, as well as Beth Connors’ personal experience as a birth professional. No Guarantees of Birth Outcome: As a student in Fearless Birth Academy, you understand that participation in this Course does not guarantee a specific birth outcome. Birth experiences vary greatly, and factors beyond the control of the instructor may influence the outcome of childbirth.
Private Course: As a student in Fearless Birth Academy, you agree that this Course is intended for your sole use. Sharing login information with others, including friends, family, or other individuals, is strictly prohibited. Each student is granted lifetime access to the Course, but access may be revoked if multiple users are detected accessing the Course through the same login credentials.
Prohibited Use by Birth Workers: As a student in Fearless Birth Academy, you acknowledge that birth workers, including doulas, childbirth educators, or any other individuals in the birth profession, are not permitted to use the content of this Course to create or develop their own childbirth courses or materials. The Course content is proprietary and may not be replicated or distributed without explicit permission from the instructor.
